Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Cost and timing

Standard delivery is R99. Orders over R1 000 ship free.

Metro areas are typically 2–3 working days. Outlying areas are 3–5. Orders placed on a drop night are picked the following working day — with a limited run everything ships from one batch, so allow an extra day in that first week.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived within the window above, reply to that email and we will chase it.

Before you order

We cannot deliver to a Post Office box. A physical address where someone can sign is required.
