Returns

14 days

If a piece is not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it.

Condition

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, with tags attached. We cannot accept anything that has been worn, washed or altered.

Try things on the way you would in a fitting room. A piece that has been trained in cannot be returned.

We pay the return shipping

Return shipping is on us. Email info@afterdarkperformance.co.za with your order number and we will arrange collection.

Once the piece is back with us and checked, we refund to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchanges on a limited run

We will exchange for a different size where we still have it. Because each drop is a fixed run, we cannot promise your size will be available by the time the return reaches us — if it is not, we refund.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it, including shipping both ways. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
