What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. We need these to take the order, deliver it and talk to you about it.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and nothing else.

We do not see or store your card details. Payment is handled by our payment provider on their own systems.

Why we hold it

To fulfil your order, to handle returns, to meet our record-keeping obligations, and — if you have joined the waitlist — to tell you when a drop opens.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone beyond the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider and our courier.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for five years, as required for tax and consumer-protection purposes. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights under POPIA

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@afterdarkperformance.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not affect order-related email — we will still send you a confirmation and a tracking number.

Cookies

We use the cookies WooCommerce needs to keep your cart and your session working. Without them the site cannot function.
